Jones Hill State School caters for approximately 450 students from prep to year 6.
Jones Hill State School has a proud history of developing well rounded, respectful lifelong learners. Students attending Jones Hill are presented with a wide variety of activities including academic, sporting, social, leadership, environmental and cultural pursuits.
We provide a broad and balanced curriculum which excites and stimulates students desire to learn. Every classroom is technologically enhanced adding to our rich and diverse curriculum to support all types of learning styles.

Our staff are highly trained and work through structured programs that address students individual needs. Students work with teachers to set their personal learning & behaviour goals. They have the opportunity to progress through school wide behaviour awards, being acknowledged at each step.
We pride ourselves on the school's strong and supportive community atmosphere. The school welcomes and encourages parent involvement and currently has a vital and active Parents & Citizens' Association.
